IAAOC State Chapters

IAAOC supports the development of State Chapters and can provide assistance and leadership throughout the entire process. Our objective is to facilitate State Chapter development by providing key information about connecting with State Counseling Associations, soliciting state members, specifications regarding the formation of a state division, and successfully completing the process. Any IAAOC member interested in establishing a state chapter is encouraged to contact IAAOC’s President, Dr. Simone Lambert, at slambert@vt.edu for further information. Dr. Lambert is creating and updating tools to support State Chapter development. Additionally, interested IAAOC members are encouraged to review the IAAOC Bylaws (available on this website) regarding State Chapters.
